Hi, I’m Amanda. Welcome! I’ve felt a calling for a while now telling me to share my experience with anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. I found light when I once thought I would never find my way out of darkness, and now it’s my hope that I can help others do the same. This is my own place of healing and inspiration, and my hope is that through my commitment to authenticity and vulnerability on the page, I am able to radiate this light to you.

Dreams & Self Expression

Have you ever desired to do something, but thought for some reason you couldn’t? Someone told you that following your dreams was selfish or impractical, or maybe you never thought they were possible. How about saying what you really want to say, doing what you really want to do, and being who you really are (and want to be)? Our desires are within us for a reason. I truly believe that expressing our true selves in ways that feel most authentic is how we are both the happiest and make the biggest difference in the world. If you are afraid of what people think, remember that other people project based on their own life experiences. Don’t take on someone else’s story. Be authentically, imperfectly, you.
